SMOOTHING KNOTS

An excellent event organised by the lovely team at Race Solutions http://www.racesolutions.co.uk/ was attended by all types of runners, from the casual to the elite.  This event not only is a beautiful setting with a long the scenic route through fields and woods, it was accompanied by some of the most hilarious commentary heard for some time!!  The weather was superb, a summers evening with that lovely smell of late summer hay that all the kids accompanying their parents were making the most of.

Working alongside Steve and Janet, as I pulled up to the massage tent, people were queuing to be seen prior to the event....so mobilising within 2 minutes, I treated about 5 runners in quick succession.

Stiff muscles and sore lower backs relieved, off they went.  Post event massage was also busy, with some acknowledging they should have done much more training prior to embarking on the 10k distance!
