SMOOTHING KNOTS

Well what a filthy day it was, horizontal rain, a fair wind & so cold.

I have the utmost respect for everyone that took part & hope you all managed to get home quickly & have a well deserved hot shower. Despite conditions, so many competitors I spoke to achieved new PB's so congratulations to all that ran the Mizuno Reading Half Marathon

I was supporting the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre & we had lots of visits from MS runners & others who popped up on the bench for some pre & post event massage.

If we were feeling hard done by, the Charities tent benefitted from its position as unlike the main massage tent, we didn't have a small river running through it!!

Hope to see you down the centre soon & thanks for all your brilliant efforts.  Come & see me in the next few weeks if the Mizuno Reading Half Marathon was just part of your training for the marathon season!
